BUILDSAFE® has developed an extensive set of documents for use by parties to construction contracts to help parties contract more effectively and to ensure they meet their obligations under the Construction Contracts Act 2002.
Access to some of these documents is limited to registered users of the BUILDSAFE® Security of Payment Scheme. If you would like to register to use the Scheme, please complete the registration form. Please see below an outline of the documents which are provided to users of the BuildSafe Service.
