If any party fails to pay the registration and administration fee or the adjudicator’s fees and expenses by the due date, BUILDSAFE® may either charge the Scheme User’s Credit Card where they have given their Credit Card details designated payment by Credit Card as the payment mechanism for the purpose of the Scheme, or deduct the relevant fees and expenses from the Security Amount.
